Single Gear Box

Project Overview

This project presents the design and assembly of a single-stage gearbox developed using SolidWorks 2025. The model was created to demonstrate the fundamental principles of mechanical power transmission through gear-driven systems.

Particular attention was given to gear alignment, shaft positioning, bearing integration, and housing assembly to ensure a realistic and technically accurate representation of industrial gearbox construction.

The project highlights MechaMaster Group's capability in developing detailed mechanical assemblies, translating engineering concepts into functional CAD models, and producing professional designs suitable for technical visualization and engineering applications.
