Mechanical Stapling Mechanism
This project presents the design and development of an industrial stapler assembly created using SolidWorks 2025. The assembly demonstrates the integration of mechanical components and motion-driven mechanisms required to achieve reliable fastening and repetitive operation.
The design process focused on component interaction, assembly accuracy, and realistic mechanical movement simulation. Through detailed CAD modeling and visualization, the project highlights MechaMaster Group’s capabilities in developing practical mechanical products with attention to functionality, manufacturability, and engineering precision.
